A new look & a fresh restart.
We've long been aware that our Web authoring tools and techniques were in need of an update. I've been leveraging a demo copy
of Microsoft Expression Web since 2010 & that's why our former website looked like something out of the 1990's. This fresh
start allows us to present our content in a more engaging and visually appealing manner, ensuring that our readers have the
best possible experience. Whether by personal computer, cell phone, tablet or large format Television, we're making it scalable.
Enough with the technical details... It's time to catch you up to speed on the latest developments.
It's audition time again.
We're coming up on the back-end of summer and it's about time we begin preparations for the upcoming auditions. Our positions
are unfortunately a lot harder to fill than one might expect. We don't need musicians that are Berklee alumni or studied at Juilliard.
We need folks who can call themselves "intermediate level" & have a passion for performing. It's not often you find artists who're
willing to don a renaissance costume, put on their best attempt at an accent & play their part with enthusiasm. But that's what
this show requires. If you know of "anyone" who fits that description, please direct them to our "Employment" page.

Not everyone will like this format of show because we play so many different styles and genres, often within the same
performance. And our complexity of music will hopefully be a welcome reprieve from the usual monotony of mainstream
entertainment you hear today. We won't be doing complex polyrhythms, fusion of Indian classical with west African Djembe music,
or other highly intricate musical fusions. But we will be exploring a wide range of styles and challenging ourselves
to keep our performances unique and memorable. Anyway, I can't say it enough. We need some new blood.
I couldn't avoid the streaming services forever.
I have been behaving like the "Old man who shouts at the clouds" lately, resisting the inevitable shift towards streaming services. But sooner or later, you come to realize that streaming services are an unavoidable part of the modern music landscape. Being a purist in this day & age won't pay the bills, and you won't be heard by anyone. So, later this year we're starting an account with Bandcamp & publishing content there. We already have the posthumously released CD from our previous show "Necrovision" available for purchase, but we'll also be releasing new singles & albums in the near future.
